Terms and Conditions
Before you start using Lumenbridge, take a moment to go through these terms.
Interpretation and Definitions
When you see capitalized words in here, they mean what we've defined below. Whether we're talking about one or more of something, the meaning stays the same. Here's what we mean by these Terms and Conditions: • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or shares common control with a party. • Country refers to: Washington, United States • Company (referred to as "Lumenbridge", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to our service. • Device means any device that can access the Service including computers, phones or tablets. • Service refers to the Website. • Terms and Conditions (also "Terms") mean these terms forming the entire agreement between you and Lumenbridge. • Third-party Social Media Service means services or content provided by third parties displayed through the Service. • Website refers to Lumenbridge.com. • You means the individual accessing the Service, or the entity on whose behalf access occurs.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions basically set the rules for how you use Lumenbridge. They create a binding agreement between you and us, and they spell out what you can do and what you can't. When you access or use the Service, you're agreeing to follow these terms. They apply to everyone who visits or uses us. If you don't agree with something here, then you shouldn't use the Service. Also, you need to be at least 18 years old to use Lumenbridge. We don't allow anyone younger than that.
Links to Other Websites
Sometimes you'll find links on our Service that point to websites or services we don't own or run. Since we don't control what's on those other sites, we can't be responsible for what they do. Their privacy policies, their content, how they operate—that's all on them. If you end up losing money, getting hurt, or having some other problem because of something you found through one of those external sites or services, that's not something we can be held accountable for.
Termination
We can shut down your access to the Service right away if we need to, without warning. That could happen for lots of reasons, including if you break these terms. Once we do that, you lose the right to use the Service immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Even if something goes wrong, how much we owe you is capped. It's either whatever you actually paid us, or $100—whichever applies to your situation. As far as the law allows, we and our suppliers won't be liable for any weird damages that pop up. That includes things like lost profits, corrupted data, business getting shut down, personal injury, or privacy getting violated because of how you used (or couldn't use) the Service. We're also not responsible for third-party software or hardware issues. This applies even if we knew something bad might happen, and it applies even if our fix doesn't actually solve the problem.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service comes as-is and as-available, complete with whatever problems it might have. We're not making any promises about it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we—along with our Affiliates, licensors, and service providers—are saying upfront that we're disclaiming all warranties. Whether those are express, implied, legal, or whatever else, they don't apply to the Service. This includes warranties about whether it'll do what you want or work without problems. More specifically, we're not claiming that the Service will run smoothly, be available all the time, or that the information inside it is current and correct. We're also not saying the Service is free from viruses or other malicious code.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
The laws of the Country—without getting into their conflict-of-law stuff—apply to these Terms and how you use the Service. Depending on where you are, other laws might also come into play. If something goes wrong or you're unhappy with the Service, the first thing to do is reach out to us and try to work it out informally.
Compliance & Regulations
For European Union (EU) Users: If you're an EU consumer, your country's laws give you certain protections that we respect. United States Legal Compliance: You're confirming that you're not in a country that the US government has embargoed or labeled as supporting terrorism, and that you're not on any US government list of people or organizations we're not allowed to work with.
Severability and Waiver
If some part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, we'll adjust that part as much as we can under the law so it still makes sense. Everything else stays in effect. If we don't enforce something one time, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later. Letting one breach slide doesn't mean we're okay with the next one.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may have translated these Terms and put them on our Service. But if there's ever a dispute, the original English version is what counts. We can update these Terms whenever we need to. If it's a big change, we'll try to give you at least a month's notice before the new version kicks in. By continuing to use the Service after we make changes, you're accepting the new terms. These terms and conditions are effective as of insert current date
